We may not have understood the Simplicity of those seemingly never ending character building mental morsels back then, but they ring more true with each year that passes. 

Well it turns it out that Mom and Dad were usually right, weren’t they?

Urban Control, Inc remembers those times and has developed through a similar heritage.  It wasn’t too long ago when a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ precluded any necessity for paper contracts. 

‘Our word is our bond’, and while we realize in today’s society - paper contracts have become a way of life - from the purchase of gasoline to a new home - it doesn’t preclude the logic of Fair and Professional relations.
